Mentored (and Polished) in Project Protege VI!

Yesterday, we celebrated the completion of Project protege. It is a 4-month mentorship program that gives the opportunity for students studying in SIM Global Education in enhancing personal development, career readiness, and employability.

Looking back to when the program first started, I was still unsure of my career. I had minimum knowledge about the career that I want to pursue, had no idea what steps should I take and what skills would be useful.

In this program, I was mentored by Ratna Juita. This experience allowed me to gain first-hand pieces of advice and wisdom for my personal development. I have learned so much from her. Not only I am becoming more prepared to work and strive in the marketplace, but I also being taught lots of life lessons as well. I am now getting better exposure and knowledge in pursuing my career as a marketer and business developer, which fulfilled my purpose when I first signed up for this program.

All in all, I am honored to be graduates of Project Protege Season VI and I definitely encourage fellow SIM students to make use of this amazing opportunity to be more career-ready!
