I am thrilled to partake the talent management role in our agency!
Just last month we had a conference call with a rising star in Indonesia, which is well known for her amazing talent in singing and creating music - Isyana Sarasvati.
Not only that, the previous month we supervised shoot for #KelasInspirasi Sunsilk with Laudya Chintya Bella and another TV Commercial shooting with Raisa Andriana.
In DDB, one exciting part of my job is to work together with the celebrities. One biggest chunk I observe from this experience is on how a partnership with celebrities does a major role in the #marketing ecosystem and to its overall brand image.
